Myles maintains an insurance practice focussing on public liability claims, in particular personal injury and property damage claims.
His experience includes managing litigated and non-litigated claims across multiple jurisdictions, such as multi-party personal injury claims arising from incidents on work sites, fatality and traumatic injury claims, coverage, property damage, aviation and class actions. Myles has also acted for public and private corporations in relation to commercial disputes.
As a result of his strong relationships with clients, Myles understands the key issues they face. This ensures Myles is able to tailor his work to the needs of clients.
