A vast range of learning opportunities are available through structured learning delivered within the firm, just in time online or through external providers. We are known for our welcoming and supportive culture because to us relationships matter. We support our people to invest time in relationships with clients, colleagues and family. A hybrid workplace, our people are encouraged to work flexibly to balance productivity with learning, connecting and having fun. As a certified family friendly employer our policies, practices and frameworks are geared to support working parents. We offer 26 weeks paid parental leave and paid superannuation for unpaid parental leave periods up to 24 months. We also offer fertility treatment leave and structured support for parents as they take leave and return to work.
Supporting health and wellbeing.
The health and wellbeing of our people is important to us. Our employee well being assistance extends well beyond standard counselling support and includes wellbeing learning resources, targeted coaching, access to online fitness and mindfulness classes. We also have trained mental health peer supporters in all our offices understanding the importance of both mental and physical wellness to overall well being.
