Mariam Morad

Mariam’s practice is focused on managing public liability claims, in particular public liability personal injury and property claims.

Her experience includes working for major insurance and TPA companies in both Queensland and NSW, in statutory and commercial claims teams as well as in-house counsel. She advises clients regarding all aspects of claims management, and has supported claims teams by providing in-house advice (including high level strategic advices addressing implications across commercial claims teams), resolving disputes and providing ongoing training to ensure compliance and risk mitigation in the business.

Mariam has also previously managed CTP claims, motor and property claims and recoveries.

She has an intimate understanding of the internal demands clients face within various business departments, and how to cater for these pressures to assist with complying with internal processes.
