Madeleine is an insurance lawyer with a background in personal injury litigation, professional indemnity, medical negligence, historical sexual abuse and sensitive claims.
She frequently appears and has instructed counsel in matters in the Magistrates’ Court, District Court and Supreme Court.
Madeleine has experience across a wide range of insurance practice areas and working with both insured and uninsured clients. Madeleine has a demonstrated history of building strong relationships with insureds and insurer clients. She understands the strengths and risks associated with litigation and advises clients accordingly to achieve the best outcomes for them.
She has a background in health and regularly advises health and medical practitioners in relation to civil and investigatory matters. Madeleine also routinely provides advice to insured psychologists through a psychologist advice line.
Madeleine is a committee member of Young Insurance Professionals (SA) and actively contributes to the firms’ published articles and presentations to clients.
