Karine is an experienced insurance litigator specialising in all areas of health law.
She advises a range of healthcare providers in civil claims, Medicare and PBS audits and fraud investigations, disciplinary and criminal prosecutions, hospital investigations, coronial inquests, complaints to disciplinary bodies and employment disputes.
She has appeared before the Federal Court as well as the Supreme / District Courts in New South Wales, Queensland and Western Australia plus various tribunals.
Karine holds a Bachelor of Social Science, Bachelor of Laws (Class 1 Division 1 Honors) and Master of International Law majoring in cross border litigation.
