Joshua has practiced exclusively in personal injury and insurance law for over 7 years at both defendant and plaintiff law firms, as well as working in-house at a global insurer. He has experience in general (public/product) liability, property damage, CTP, workers compensation and coverage issues.
He has provided advice on liability, quantum and expedited claims resolution to international and domestic insurers and reinsurers, brokers and large multi-national corporations across various jurisdictions including New South Wales, Victoria, Western Australia, Queensland and the Australian Capital Territory. These cases often involving complex factual matrixes, multi-contractual issues, multi-party evidentiary issues, insurance issues and well formulated strategic plans whilst taking into account commercial considerations of the client.
