Her liability experience includes defending personal injury, professional indemnity and property damage claims, including claims involving:
- injuries sustained in the course of employment, including labour-hire situations, industrial workplace accidents and hazardous manual handling claims
- recovery actions brought by the Victorian WorkCover Authority and the Transport Accident Commission
- professional indemnity claims made against real estate agents, architects, building surveyors and engineers
- occupier’s liability claims on behalf of private residents and commercial businesses
- common law torts claims and sensitive claims.
