Fiona has practised across all areas of insurance law and is a LEADR accredited mediator. She practices in both litigious and advisory matters, with extensive experience in public and product liability claims, financial lines claims, and coverage and indemnity disputes. Fiona delivers commercial and strategic advice to local and international insurer clients.

Fiona conducts litigation in all State jurisdictions, in the Federal Court, and at mediations. Her case management style is pro-active and outcome focussed. The process of achieving the best result for her client starts on the day that instructions are received. Fiona’s extensive experience allows her to make recommendations early in a matter, giving clear direction to the claim and putting resolution options to the client. She employs effective strategies in reaching settlement or shortening the life of the span of the file and achieving the best commercial outcome for her clients.
