Prior to joining Gilchrist Connell, Emily acted for insurers and manufacturer clients in London relation to product liability disputes, with particular experience in high profile product recall/mass tort and group litigation in the life sciences sector.
Emily has experience in all stages of pre-action and litigated disputes and has acted for some of the largest healthcare and pharmaceutical companies and medical device manufacturers in the world. Emily also acts for medical professionals and their professional indemnity insurers. She also has experience acting for insurers and insureds in relation to property damage disputes and personal injury claims.
Emily is a goal-orientated and determined professional with a natural desire to achieve commercial and sensible outcomes for her clients in what are often sensitive and reputation critical disputes.
