Candice is an insurance lawyer with 19 years’ litigation experience, advising global and national insurers across public and private sectors, brokers and key stakeholders on claims, policy wording and coverage matters.
Her areas of practice include personal injury, property damage, strata law, professional indemnity and Australian Consumer Law. Candice’s expertise also extends to building and construction matters and sensitive claims.
She has acted extensively in the District Court and Supreme Court of New South Wales and the NSW Civil and Administrative Tribunal, and has litigated matters in Victoria, the Australian Capital Territory and Queensland.
Candice prides herself on delivering excellent results for her clients and takes a collaborative and commercial approach to dispute resolution, communication and advocacy. Her passion extends to managing, training, mentoring and leading others to achieve excellence.
Since early 2022, Candice has been a volunteer committee member for Women in Insurance NSW, presently holding the role of Secretary.
