His experience extends to institutional abuse claims including educational and religious organisations and orders under the Personal Injuries Proceedings Act 2002 (Qld) (PIPA).
In addition to advising on coverage, liability, quantum and settlement prospects, Bryce collaborates closely with stakeholders with a discerning eye spanning the broader realms of public liability.
Bryce has had considerable in-house experience at one of Australia’s largest general insurers as well as a cover holder for international underwriters, Bryce recognises the importance of meeting client expectations, providing clear succinct advice and accurate reserving.
