Alison was admitted in 1995 and has more than 15 years’ experience working in specialist insurance firms, including in London, working primarily for insurers. She has practiced across all areas of insurance law, in both litigious and advisory matters. More recently Alison’s practice has focused almost exclusively on public liability injury, product liability, property damage and large recovery claims.

She conducts litigation in all state jurisdictions but primarily in SA and NT. She represents clients at mediations and informal and court conferences in SA and the NT and attends interlocutory arguments and hearings. Alison was Associate to a Supreme Court Judge in South Australia.

Alison runs matters to trial when required but always aims to resolve matters early with the minimum cost exposure.
