Gilchrist Connell is pleased to announce the addition of 4 special counsel to our Melbourne, Perth and Sydney offices.
- Richard Scougall (Melbourne) strengthens the senior ranks of the firm’s employment law and workplace relations disputes. He advises clients on a wide range of workplace issues and disputes, working closely with human resource managers and leadership teams to deliver pragmatic, business-focused solutions.
- Denise Bowen (Perth) brings a multidisciplinary approach to the firm with her background as a solicitor and nurse working across the areas of health and the aged care sector. Denise is an accredited mediator with extensive experience in managing civil claims, FOI requests, professional indemnity and catastrophic injuries claims.
- Lauren Rathbone (Perth) is a seasoned litigation practitioner with demonstrated involvement in a range of commercial and insurance litigation assisting a range of individual and corporate clients across a variety of industries.
- Nicholas Maiorana (Sydney) brings a wealth of knowledge and proven track record in successfully prosecuting commercial subrogated recoveries. He has experience in property, construction and professional risks and regularly acts as defence counsel in complex litigated construction and engineering related claims.
