Riccardo practices in Queensland and has extensive experience in general liability claims which has been obtained both in house and in private practice.
Riccardo acts on behalf of insurers, corporate and private clients across a wide range of matters including public liability, property damage and professional indemnity claims with a specialised focus on injury liability.
Since his admission in 2014, Riccardo has developed his technical knowledge and skills allowing him to manage complex and large loss claims. Riccardo provides pragmatic advice on policy coverage, liability issues, dual insurance, contractual indemnities and quantum with the main objective of achieving a timely, practical and solution driven result for clients. His experience includes investigating claims and managing claims through to completion including attendances at settlement conferences, mediations and trial.
Riccardo understands the importance of building strong relationships with clients and has developed a sound understanding of the key pressure points for clients. This in turn ensures that he is able to meet client expectations and focus on what is truly important to each individual client and their needs. Riccardo appreciates that all clients are different and have their own distinct approach to risk, delegation, autonomy, business leadership and management style.
He has had the opportunity to assist clients by undertaking an in-house secondment at a major international insurer and also an international claims management provider.
