Caitlin is an insurance lawyer specialising in public liability and professional indemnity. Caitlin advises insurers in relations to liability, indemnity and quantum and defended her private insurer clients in personal injury litigation, public liability, professional indemnity, medical negligence and workers compensation.
She has also previously managed employment, discrimination and defamation claims for both insurers and direct clients, including appearances in ICAC and Government Inquiries and Coronial Inquests. In addition to her NSW practice, Caitlin has also appeared in the ACT Supreme Court, Court of Appeal and the High Court of Australia.
